The Vision Works associates at SW Plaza are wonderful. They are all very talented and extremely helpful in meeting every need necessary in obtaining the desired glasses and frames. The products available are beautiful and reasonable. The eye exam itself is extremely thorough, thoughtful, educational and completed by the most amazing Optometrist on the planet, Dr. Ngan Le. I consider myself very fortunate and grateful to be under their care. The Associates, Larry, Alex and Lisa who provided care and assistance during my most recent visit were equally wonderful and ensured that that my new glasses were just perfect. They all go well beyond in making the visit a pleasant experience. One more note, were Dr. Le to move the practice to another planet, I would certainly find a way to get there.

I have Used this optical several times. I have also used optical shops which have Charged me four times the amount after receiving. Insurance benefits. These folks know how to craft good glasses. Their lenses are excellent in quality. The frames are on par with pricier optical shops and I always enjoy my glasses And I’m able to have excellent vision by the time we are at the end of our experience here. They listen well and they aim to provide good service.

My last visit to this location was a 1.5 years ago. Today when I went there was a new doctor, a female. She was AMAZING!!! I have never had a doctor explain to me why she was doing what she was doing. All others just blaze through the exam and I always felt rushed in making my decision between the choices of “1 or 2” ect…. And what looked better. She took the time with me and said what each test was for and how my vision had changed. Overall I really enjoyed my Eye exam and did not feel rushed at all. And I even showed up 30 mins early. I had planned to just browse the frames while I waited but they got me in right away. I was impressed for sure. I also very much like how they have the style of glasses separated by style such as SQUARE, OVAL, ROUND etc…this helps so much. I was able to find a pair of frames I. Less than 20 mins. And if you know me that is a HUGE achievement!!! Normally I have to go to many different locations like 10+ before I can make a decision on what I want. Even my family was shocked that I picked something out the same day. The only thing I wish is they offered an express service. I hate waiting the 2 week period. I would pay extra for this. Overall I would highly recommend this location. It’s in the mall, so always plenty of parking (and easy to get too on the first floor). Thank you!!!

I have been coming here for the last five years. Lisa is amazing. She always helps me get my glasses at a great price and Peggy is wonderful as well.

I had a wonderful appointment. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. “S” who was very thorough. From scheduling my appointment to selecting glasses Lisa is the best. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
