Visionworks

I received mail in the form of a great deal by Vision Works so I took some time and contacted them. I was extremely satisfied with my phone experience with Krystal. She was exceptional to say the very least. I asked her various questions and she could have had an attitude because of them, but to her credit she answered every one of them and they were very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to make sure I did my best to acknowledge her incredible customer service and may be if treated the same in the store as to why I do business with Vision Works.

The staff here is exceptional. They welcome you when you come in the door. They call you to the back at your appointment time and then once your insurance is confirmed, they even help you find frames for your glasses. Unfortunately, they don't make your glasses the same day, but with service like this, I will definitely keep going back!

Right from the start, my experience with Visionworks was great. They offered me an appointment for the day after I called. When I went to the office, I was greeted when I entered. They told me I could try on frames while waiting. All frames were marked in sections with prices. I was taken back to start exam on time & all staff was friendly & professional. Very good experience.

I was offended by the call I got before my appointment. I printed it and left it with the store. Also. The room with all the different machines is small and there were two attendants and another customer playing musical chairs with us. I felt my space was being shared with a stranger. Otherwise, it was all great.

Kind and helpful staff! I feel like I truly got the right prescription, unlike my old optometrist who might’ve been overprescribing. The cost of glasses these days is always outrageous, but at least I’m paying that price at a place that gives me quality care.
