I'm a dental hygienist who works in the same plaza as Vision Works and had a contact rip in the middle of my morning schedule. It was a long shot but I called to see if they could spare a trial pair to allow me to finish with my patients. Dr. Aoun and Jasmine, the office manager came through! From a non patient of Vision Works...thanks a million. I'd imagine they treat their own patients in a similar way. Keep up the good work!! Thanks guys 😊

From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by Cecilia with kindness and a smile. She assisted me right away with the next steps. The doctor was thorough and assured me that everything was well with my eyes and the other associate assisted with the ordering of my glasses. It was a quick but thorough process. The store was clean and well organized.

Literally terrible if you are scheduling for a toddler. I got reschedule for my 4 year old because the doctor wasn’t willing to see her, which would have been fine if I was told that ahead of time. Now I’m currently outside for a 9:30 appointment and I see a voicemail I got at 9:28 from them saying the store wouldn’t be open until 10a today. What a joke and a waste of time and gas. Thanks a lot. We just wont come back

Lost my glasses and needed new ones ASAP. I couldn't get an immediate appointment at a closer Visionworks, and had to work around several other appointments, but staff at the Homewood location helped me find an opening not too far away in Tinley Park. The Tinley people were very helpful. They were well Informed, and were even able to do a minor tightening on a pair of old glasses that I needed while I waited for the new ones. Have already recommended them!

I had an excellent experience with Vision Works! The eye exam was thorough and professional, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my prescription.
