I was not pleased with my “dispensing” process. I went to get my second pair (second trip to the location for pick up) and my glasses needed adjusting. The employee was pleasant and was trying to adjust my glasses which were really loose. Granted I went close to closing time; sat in a lot of traffic, but figured wasn’t going to be long just needed to pick up. The doctor then comes out and tells the employee that I would need to “come back for that, because it was 7pm and 2 patients needed to be billed out”. As a former Visionworks employee I have never heard a doctor make that comment! Im a patient too who spent over $400 and I was expected to make an additional trip to get my glasses adjusted! As if I wasn’t a valued customer! I left livid! I would stay as needed to ensure all the patients were valued and satisfied with their service! Even if it was just to dispense glasses or contacts! That is the first and last time I will go to that location!! Truly unbelievable!

Dr Allen was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. She explained everything and why we were doing it. When we were done she explained what I wanted and how to find it to the associate. The associate that I saw was very attentive and kind. 10 out of 10 recommend this location
Had a mixed experience at Visionworks. The initial exam and frame selection went smoothly, but the lenses haven't been right for my vision—specifically for distance and intermediate. However, the team has been willing to work with me to figure out the issue. Looking forward to getting this cleared up so I can finally see comfortably!
The staff was an extremely rude. It took him 20 minutes to verify my insurance and then to tell me that you guys didn’t even take my insurance, which should be clear what insurance you guys take instead of wasting my time then after that, she told me that only two of us could be seen which is really ridiculous like IThe staff was a extremely rude. Although I already had a previous eye exam this year with different provider. I was looking for a second opinion, not because my vision wasn't working correctly but because I knew it wasn't quite right. I explained to the lady at the front desk and the assistant in the back and then the optometrist the concerns I had... That I was just looking for an alternate opinion and if it would have ended up being the same perfect. But in going through the exam it was determined that my IA site was better than expected and my vision was being overcorrected by 0.50 in one eye. And 0.25 the other and the astigmatism wasn't being factored in. I immediately could see better. I almost cried...
