I wish I had gotten her name, but she told me she'd been working there for about five years. I have worked with her before, and every time she has done her very best to help me. She took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and I really appreciated that. I left feeling well taken care of, and that's because of her excellent customer service. Thank you!

The Dr and staff was professional, helpful and took good care of me. The only issue was when I bought the sunglasses, she almost forgot to polarize them after I told her I have to read papers in the sunlight and prescription sunglasses would help. Good thing I brought it up again right before leaving. Besides that, the staff did a good job.

The young lady who assisted me was very helpful. I wanted to order a complete pair of glasses. However, she was unable to do so. As it turns out management changed the password on the credit system that we needed to access for my credit card. And management was not on premises, nor were they available by phone. This was a complete waste of my time. I’m very disappointed in the professionalism at this location.

Awesome customer service. I am in just about when they were getting ready to close. The young lady that helped me told me that the next appointment wouldn't be until the end of April. She said she didn't want me to wait that long. She told me to wait. And that she would see if the doctor would see me. She went to the back. And Doctor Mark agreed to take me. I was very appreciative of that. Because he didn't have to. Dr. Mark did my exam and explained the process and what he was doing through every step. I love this location. And I always have a great experience with them.
