The staff here is top notch. So friendly and quick. They definitely value your time and don't make you wait around for long time. I have had to come here several times for my daughter that keeps breaking her glasses. They are always so nice and willing to try to fix them.
The Visionworks in Lombard is excellent. I have been a patient for several years and their customer service etiquette is outstanding. I recommend their services to everyone seeking an optometrist you will get top service.
Customer Service at the Visionworks, at Yorktown Mall, in Lombard, IL was super. The two gals that waited on me were awesome; considering they're working without a manager & they were doing just fine. Seems to me they ought to be rewarded in some form, for a job well-done.
I’ve gone here for a couple years and am always impressed. Gabby is WONDERFUL! She is so pleasant and professional. Dr. Zolnierzow is kind and efficient. Will always come here when I can!
The doctor and optometry technician were exceptional. The store manager, however, never smiled or made me feel welcome. She also flatly refused to clean my glasses. "I'll just smear them," she said.
