Excellent experience. Was not treated like a "number". Doctor spent a lot of time with me and educated me. Worked with mt needs. Staff helped me with glasses selection and was very friendly. I distribute not feel pressured to go with the most expensive options. Highly recommend. Although it is a franchise VisionWorks has a small business family feel.
I went there on Monday at 3:15, as I saw the hours were from 10:30 - 6. There was a sign on the door saying they were opening at 4. My mom and I were standing outside and saw 2 workers there, and they did not acknowledge us or explain why they were opening unusually late as this was not even posted anywhere online. We decided to wait in the car until 4pm. At 3:40, all of the lights were off and the “opening at 4pm” sign was taken off of the door as seen in the picture. We then saw the workers walk out of the store. The hours posted claim they were open until 6, and then they randomly decided to tell people they were opening at 4 and then never open the store to begin with?
100% amazing place from the first phone call they were attentive and friendly and then getting to the store very helpful and friendly and meeting with my doctor. She was very informative helpful I’m getting my first pair of eyeglasses so they were all all experienced plus the great service I received was 100% amazing.
Darshana was the lady who helped me with dv selection of the frame ... Extremely helpful n smiling .. and importantly very efficient..it feels good when u r happily greeted when u enter the store too ..
Hours are not accurate. Called yesterday to confirm they would be open today to pick up my glasses and was told they are open until 6:30pm. Showed up today (Saturday) at 2pm and they are closed.
