I have been going here for years and while the actual service that the optometrist offers is very quick and easy and they have never been rude once and always helpful. Their customer service before and after the actual eye checkup falls short. The women at the front have been on their phone and have had a very short temper multiple times. It’s unfortunate because the actual service of getting your eyes checked is very pleasant. However, the customer service from the front desk women is the reason why me and my family will not be returning as this has been a reoccurring issue and we have tried to brush it off the last couple times because the actual service of getting your eyes checked is so quick and easy, it just really gets to a point.

I had a great experience at Visionworks. A young lady assisted me during my visit, and she was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She made everything quick and easy, and her friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning in the future
The doctor was amazing! Explained in detail to me about my prescription. The girls in front made the process easy to check out with affirm and promoted the 60% off glasses and convinced me to get some new glasses! That's just what I did! Thank you ladies :)
This morning I called this Vision Works to verify if I was able to get my contacts picked up via Uber courier and if my contacts were ready. The lady on the phone assured me that Uber courier was allowed and all I needed was for the person picking them up to cite my phone number for verification— and that my contacts were in fact ready to be picked up. Great. I order the Uber courier and give my uber driver the instructions, that’s when I realized she spoke Spanish. I saw that it was taking a while when she was at the place, so I called and restated the instructions to her in Spanish which she said she followed, but they wouldn’t give her the contacts. I told her to hand the phone to whoever she was talking to so the situation could be resolved ( I thought that there was maybe some communication issues due to the language barrier ) Now let me tell you I normally don’t write bad reviews— but this was so incredibly frustrating. I explained to this worker that I can verify myself, to which she interrupted that it was ‘store policy’ not to give out my contacts because my Uber girl ‘failed’ to provide the phone number, so now REGARDLESS if I gave the number she’s not giving it to her. She added that she doesn’t even know if I’m really the person who the contacts belong to since “they can’t verify my identity over the phone”. The whole thing came off like she was weirdly suspicious which is strange because who in their right mind would stage such an elaborate plan to get some else’s contacts with a specific prescription? Oh! And she also added that my contacts weren’t ready! Even though the first time I called this Vision Works location the lady said,” I have your contacts right here in front of me.” HELLO?? I said I called prior to ordering the courier to avoid a situation like this, but she was extremely argumentative and would cut me off multiple times to tell me I need to just pick them up myself. Every time I tried to politely reason with her I was interrupted and of course, this made frustrated, to which she responded back to me as though I was being unreasonable. It wasn’t until I became so frustrated that I blurted out that I am disabled and have no one else to help me and since delivery isn’t an option, this is the only convenient way to get my contacts. I then said,” do you see what the issue is here?” She started to back down after that point and handed me to an actual manager, which verified my identity ( BECAUSE YOU CAN DO THAT OVER THE PHONE AT VISION WORKS ) she said that they could give my contacts (THAT WERE IN FACT READY) to her but they’re not responsible if something happens to them. I said I understood and I got my contacts but needless to say whoever that lady I talked to was needs to get checked because I’m never coming back to this location. Like for real the whitest Karen I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.
Bad service in the front desk. Afternoon staff is good they are very helpful but unfortunately morning staff needs to be train with customer service. They are rude and won’t help but go on and have conversations between them about their life while getting paid to help us paying customers. Maura was the young lady that took care of me while picking up my glasses and didn’t even ask if fitting was good or I needed adjustments simply gave me my glasses and said I was all set and walked away and continue talking to the other two ladies. I asked a question on my glasses and she responded with her rude tone that that was done and nothing can be change and continue talking to the other ladies. Very unprofessional 3 staff members and I was the only customer inside and they all were just chatting. Look elsewhere to avoid being mistreated here like you go and ask for free stuff.
