I mentioned I was really anxious - I don't handle doctors or dentists of any kind well and the person who took all my pictures, eye charts, glaucoma test etc told me that was ok and she'd explain everything to me step by step! I wish I had her name. She was really nice. Dr. Cindy was also great and very personable and kind! Really happy with this location, even the young man helping get us checked out, pick frames, etc. they saw me ahead of schedule and I maybe saw the dr a minute after my appointment start time. I was not there long and the selection of frames was nice, I appreciate the add ons I got and the time the young man took to explain to me / show me what they'd look like. I went to the Elgin IL location :)

I went to this location on a Friday. I was the last appointment of the day. Ruby greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained how everything worked, from choosing glasses to having the eye exam. Jessica conducted the first tests and was very knowledgeable about the machines being used. She was able to answer the questions I had about my insurance and what was covered . After seeing the eye doctor, Jessica helped me pick a pair of frames and explained everything I could have done to enhance my lenses, with no rush . When I went to pick up my glasses I saw Jessica again. She made sure everything fit comfortably and was correct to my ordering specs. I will be coming back the next time I need glasses and/or an eye exam, due to the care that was provided by the 2 employees listed above ( the eye doctor was pleasant as well).

Doctor is fine. Staff? Not so much. They will try to upsell everything. After being a loyal customer for 10+ years and spending thousands of dollars I’m done. Daughter needed a prescription adjustment and because she has had an exam already this year and it’s greater than 90 days (but less than 4 months) since her last exam they want us to pay $189 for a whole new exam. No thanks. I will go to your competition who will value my business over making a quick buck!

The place is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—we were able to find the perfect frame for my sunglasses without any difficulty. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable, guiding us smoothly throughout the entire transaction. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I’m looking forward to receiving my eyeglasses soon!

Horrible service. The worker (she) had me waiting over 30mins and didn’t let the other guy employee help me, she was rude at her coworker when he was trying to fax over my records to another office she even told him she was the only one that could fax my records over and kept on checking in everyone’s appointments that got there after me. I’m extremely disappointed. Do not recommend the south Elgin location. My family and I will stop going there due to their bad customer service.
