Their eye doctor, a young woman, went above and beyond what I was used to from another common eye retail chain. She took the time to get my prescription right, whether I needed astigmatism for both eyes or one, and after giving me trial lenses, she retested me to make sure if the prescription was correct. I needed a stronger ine for one of the eyes but never was I taken care of like that after receiving my trial contact lenses. The doctor was so polite I would come back to her 100%. The front desk young lady also helped me get a good deal with the new glasses I picked out after seeing I was already purchasing contacts. Definitely would come here again.

I have been going to this location for the last two years. Fantastic staff and great exam. I was in and out without any issues and was able to get a copy of my exam to share with my Primary. Got glasses last year and didn't have an issue with them at all. Was taken care of by Dr. Lisa Dryier who showed me everything going on with my eyes. If you need a place to make sure you eyes are health, highly recommend Visionworks and the staff at this location.

Dr. Dryier was very kind, attentive, and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, the customer service we received upon entering and leaving the office was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were three women at the front desks who all seemed confused and did not acknowledge me, my son, or my fiancée. We were left standing there without a greeting or any direction. While I don't want to assume discriminatory intent, I couldn't help but notice that two families who arrived after us were greeted and treated differently than we were. The staff came across as having poor attitudes, which made my fiancée and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of that experience, we decided to take our prescription and purchase our frames elsewhere. I truly appreciate the doctor's professionalism and care, but the front desk experience overshadowed what could have been an otherwise positive visit.

I would highly recommend this location for adults and children. The staff is outstanding with helping to understand insurance, ongoing care if needed, and comprehending what each test is and what it revealed. They made our daughter feel comfortable during her visit and excited to be getting glasses! The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, with talented technicians and caring staff.

great place to get a eye exam very straightforward and efficient staff. Dr Risk and the whole staff had my eye exam complete in less than 1/2 hour with no issues in the exam or billing etc. Very pleased with this service.
