The sales associate who helped me (employee 87347) was phenomenal - very personable, friendly, and competently answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I learned Visionworks as a company (not this particular location, but corporate) has frustrating policies that prevent me from ever buying from them again. Long processing times with unsympathetic customer service and rigid policies that don't make sense. Based on their pricing models, even though visionworks is "in-network", glasses with lenses end up being much more than out-of-network brands - more than double the cost in my case. You might be able to find what you need here, especially with the helpful staff, but if you have any issues and have to contact customer service, good luck. TLDR: Great location & staff, awful parent company

It was the professional behavior by all that impressed me first. Secondly all questions were answered in a kind and welcoming manner. The Doctor was great too as was the general manager who gave me an appointment on the spot , I did not have to make a second trip.

Today, my wife and I came in to purchase two pairs of glasses. The store manager and Charles were professional from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently attentive. I highly recommend this location. They went above and beyond for every person who walked through the door.

Dr. Patel and her staff made my visit a pleasure from start to finish. They were very clear and informative as to my prescription change and the best contacts for my needs. After having just moved to the area it's a relief to have a good eye doctor and location in place.

My experience was exceptional today. The Dr was nice and knowledgeable. Charles was helpful and a new girl and the store Manager all had a hand in my experience today!! New glasses and contacts on the way, I'm so excited!
