⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience today! The eye doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated her professionalism and genuine compassion. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients!

My search for my next pair of glasses was not straightforward and rather complex involving reordering new pairs of glasses trying to resolve the fishbowl affect I was having. Through it all both Taylor and Kaitlyn were AMAZING!! Love this store and highly recommend this location in Carmel on Michigan Road to everyone! You won’t be disappointed

The service was quick and professional. I have been going to eye doctors for my entire life and they always ask me to try very hard or just guess the letters when I would say it was difficult to see. At this appointment the doctor specifically said “which line can you read without squinting or trying hard” which made me feel like I was getting a much more accurate account of where my vision is. In addition I unexpectedly had to bring my 3 week old baby to the appointment with me and everyone that I interacted with was wonderful and found ways to make everything work while I wore her in a baby carrier on my chest.

Dr. Venezia was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She took time to answer my questions. Caitlyn helped me choose my glasses and patiently explained all the options. I highly recommend Visionworks in Michigan Road.

We were greeted when we arrived and given an estimate as to how long it will take for someone to help us. The person that helped searched for the best possible solution with my insurance to get what I needed. Glasses ordered and I was only in the store for 30 minutes
