The lady Cheryl, was sweet but I do believe she was trying to do to much at one time, she never processed my daughter order to get the glasses fixed. So I come in and finally got this together, should be done in the morning. Ms. Cheryl needs like another job that doesn’t consist computer work, or another job in general.

Shirley Ann was working the front desk doing a glass frame. A family member came. I was a walk-in, and they turned me down due to short staff. When another worker came and she had left (Ebony) to help over 15 people along without her help. Shirley went to the exam area and started to help them and left (Ebony) by herself. Ebony did a great job even under the pressure of a mad customer who was left by Shirley. Work in a timely fashion she was also.
My only concern was the cost of the lens. I used 3 pair of my own gently used frames. The cost for 3 pair of lenses, and no purchased frames was: $362.00. IMO, way to high. Just think if frames were purchased too. Next time I'll shop around first.
Stood at reception a desk for almost 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. This location was not at all busy and the reception had two workers. Wait time for exam was not long at all but wait time for picking glasses was long for no good reason. Lot of employees just walking around or sitting down. Will never use this location/ business again.
I like the convenience of being able to come Visitation Works to get my glasses and frames every year after I have a eye appointment. Unfortunately my glasses always take a week to because I'm in bifocals. The only other complaint I have is when the doctor says I have cataracts in both eyes, not bad enough to have surgery though. Since this is what's causing me not to be able to see that will, reading far away real well, or near sometimes. I just honestly feel that something could be done to help me see better besides raising my eyeglass prescription up.
