Very caring, polite, courteous. Quick to call you back and process you to each part of the exam being done. On point making sure you understand everything when the exam is done and she is going over results and follow up information she takes adequate time to make sure you understand not rushing or going through the motions. with the results of your eye exams.Great professional team.
Moved back to Louisville recently and Dr. Soltau is continuing to treat my Glaucoma issues. I would recommend him highly!! The care he and his staff gives you are excellent. Thank you for taking me back after being gone and living in Ft. Myers for 10 years.
A wonderful experience as always. From the Ashley helping me with getting my insurance to approve my long standing treatments, to the assistant that help with my eye exam, to Dr Compton’s steady hands with his fellow doctor that did a wonderful job at doing my injections simultaneously together to insure my treatment was done professionally, quickly & painlessly as possible! Even the beautiful ladies checking me in & the 2 beautiful ladies at check out are amazingly sweet & always make me feel special & make sure I get the appointment that best suits my schedule… As always A+ service with 💯 percent quality! Dr. Clark is amazing. He always seems like he cares and always listens to me. He even seems happy and excited when things are going well for you. It makes you feel positive and I have less worry and anxiety once I see him. I have been going since I found I have TED. He has been positive and reassuring through the whole process. I recently had right eye upper lid retraction repair surgery and I had been so worried and was having a lot of anxiety afterwards. I saw him and now I feel positive about how it is healing and not worried at all.
Having a torn retina is not something I wish on anyone, but if you happen To experience This type of injury I 1000% recommend Dr Vemer. He explained everything that was going on, he showed me the pictures and I feel like he truly cares about me as a patient. Everyone I met at the office was extremely kind. I really appreciate MATT on my first day who took some of the fear away of what was happening to my eye 10 out of 10 experience.
