They were great here. I had to schedule two appointments one online, very easy to do. I made the other one in store which was just as simple. We had a little bit of an upsetting situation there at the end of the first they handled it great, whereas I believe other places would have had issues. I came back for my appointment and they were also great, some different employees some the same laughing and joking with me about what was going on when I was there earlier. Overall it was a great experience.

The receptionist was friendly, but I was disappointed that my insurance eligibility wasn’t checked before my appointment. I ended up finding out afterward that my visit wasn’t covered because I had already used the service, which resulted in an unexpected bill. Verifying insurance before the appointment is an important part of the check-in process and could help patients avoid surprises like this. I hope the office improves this process for future patients.

Being new to the area this was my first visit at this specific vision works. The Staff was great. They took care of my contact order and getting me a fresh pair for now as well as adjusted my glasses to fit. We'll see how the next visit goes when I get my exam.

The experience was excellent. The care was dynamic the placement of the frame and the selection was nice for what my coverage covered overall, I would recommend this place to anybody got me in and got me out proper customer service. I appreciate you all. Y’all are doing a great job I can’t say keep up the good work cause you’re going to keep it up anyway cause you already have it understood for what we need as customers thank you so much.

We arrived early and they worked us right in. All of the staff members, were courteous and helpful. The Doctor was cheerful thorough and gave clear explanations of what she found. Kay was helpful during the glasses selection and payment process, answered our questions and didn't pressure us in any way. Very good experience.
