Friendly staff, Great Optomitrist, nice frame selection & wonderful pricing. Prepare to Wait when you get there as scheduled times are usually 30 minutes Behind as they need more help. Yes! I recommend VisionWorks
They were not friendly and I only ordered the lens only because I like my frames. It took 3 weeks to get them because they were waiting for the frames to come in. Because I needed my old glasses to see.So, in the 3rd week I called and told them I had the frames. which they should have known. Then the prescription was not right and they had to remake again. Not only that I could not get a pair of sunglasses for the 450.00 !!!At Eyemart express I got both for that price for years!!!!! My glasses are still not right but the have destroyed my old lens so I am stuck. I am not Happy about this at all!!!! I will never go back to Vision Works!!! Brenda Bonavita
Jackson is very helpful and informative with his customer service. I also appreciate the promotions visionworks offers. Additionally the optometrist was helpful with listening to my needs and answers all my questions.
Been here since 230, its now 406. I was advised by a specific staff member to ask any questions. They disappeared for well over 15 minutes, and when they returned, i was advised by a different staff member sitting at the desk(rudely) that the walk in was waiting longer than me. (Not true). This was unprompted, disregarding and straight up rude. The gentleman at the front desk needs to treat people better.
I love visionworks.. the optometrist are always patient and thorough and they take care of your needs. They also accept Medicaid you can do eye exam and pick out your glasses all in one go
