The staff is always great and attentive. They take their time with you and make sure you are good to go. Just know if you go later in the day it MIGHT be busy with people getting out of work and picking up prescriptions or having eye exams. The staff is attentive and will take care of you as soon as they have a free moment. I would recommend Visionworks to anyone in the area looking for a change.
Really kind and helpful staff. The experience was smoothe and it felt like i was genuinely being taken care of. Some places you feel like you are getting a fake smile from the people assisting you. But not here. From the woman who checked me in up front, to the doctor and assistant in back i have no complaints.
Service was quick and the person was nice but it would have been nice if she would have had me try them on and adjusted them. Not a big deal I adjusted them when I got home. Frames are of very poor quality I am on my 3rd set of frames all broke in the same place
From the start of my arrival to the end of my visit/appointment, I was very pleased with my experience at this Visionworks office/store. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. Leanne helped me and my daughter choose our glasses. She was incredible and so patient with us. I do recommend this location, great service!
Leanne was very knowledgeable about the different eyeglasses and helped me choose what works best for my vision. She was patient, diligent, and very helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated that my wait time was very brief. Janelle was professional and efficient, ensuring I was ready to see the optometrist without delay. The optometrist was gentle during my eye exam.
