Gave them 3 stars due to Dr.Tran giving me the wrong prescription in my glasses which gave me migraines and straining of my eyes. She did not give me any strength in the eye that needs it most, not sure what happened there but do not get tested here, because clearly that particular doctor does not know what she is doing. I had to get another prescription elsewhere so that it would be the correct one. For them to send my glasses back out for another two weeks. There was quite a difference, from what she gave me and my new one. Other than that all of the associates were kind and helpful.

Sharon is great! She is knowledgeable about offers and helps select glasses. The whole staff is great at the Visionworks of southshore mall, the doctors and the sales staff. I have been going there for years bc they are always available, glasses arrive before said time frame and have great selection for adults and children.

Had such a positive experience! From beginning to end I was thrilled. Scheduling was quick and efficient, they saw me within weeks (not years!), they processed my insurance with no issues and the doctor and everyone I worked with was wonderful. I recently had a very negative experience with Opthalmic Consultants of Boston and I am so happy I came here instead. Will be sending the whole family!

The associate added the non-blur amount without telling me and presented it to me with the cost for the glasses. When I questioned him on the price he then told me that he added it because everyone gets it and he is giving it to me for 50% off. I was really taken aback by this gesture because it felt sneaky. I am pretty sure he gets more for upselling. Someone should speak to him about doing that!! Other than that I had a great experience and will continue to go there for my eye care. LC
