I had a really great experience here getting my eye exam and new glasses. The whole process was super smooth and stress-free. I never felt any pressure to buy more expensive frames or add-ons like unnecessary coatings, which I really appreciated. The doctor/optometrist was very professional and took the time to make sure my prescription felt right, not just pushing for the “sharpest possible” vision that ends up feeling uncomfortable. My new glasses feel very natural and comfortable from day one. Compared to my previous experiences at other places, this one was honestly much more pleasant and straightforward. Everything felt customer-focused and easy. Overall, I’m really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them.

Be sure to avoid wasting your time here, especially be aware if you get Victoria to help you because her attitude is so toxic. I wouldn’t want my eyes anywhere near her for fear of them being plucked out with such negativity. Victoria life is too short quit your job and go find what makes you happy because it’s not at Visionworks. Anyways go literally anywhere else for an eye exam your be glad you did.

I’ve had glasses since I was very little. I went into this facility to get my annual exam, and after paying and getting it done, I asked them nicely to get my P.D. And they refused to do it unless I bought glasses from them, my regular doctor usually do this for me as part of the exam. This is what happens when you don’t go to an actual doctor’s office and decide to go to a chain that is always looking for ways to get your money. I’ll never come back to this place. I wish I could give them 0 stars, they don’t deserve the one I’m giving.

Right from the beginning, one person did not know how to look up my insurance. I had to have a second person. Help me. Then, I go pick up my glasses, and I get there. The reception is says he'll be right out. I wait ten minutes and I leave because he was on his lunch and I did not know he was on his lunch with me being the only customer in the store. I don't think that's appropriate. I'm sure he gets paid for his lunch. You should be able to take it when the store is empty. I understand everyone takes lunch, but when you're getting paid for your lunch hour, you have to be flexible with your customers.

Scheduled an appointment for an eye exam quickly and was able to get in and out in great timing. As a busy mom this was a huge plus. Everyone working there is helpful and friendly. My exam was quick went smoothly and any questions about my prescription were answered. Appreciated how efficient my time was spent here. They have a great selection of frames too.
