Visionworks

Can someone please explain what the actual store hours are?? 🤔 According to the sign on the door, Visionworks is open Monday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Sunday 11am-4pm. Apparently, that’s more of a suggestion than a schedule. I arrived at 6:10 PM to pick up my twins’ glasses (which are ready), only to find the store completely closed. Last time I checked, 6:10 PM comes before 7:00 PM, but maybe Visionworks is using a new kind of clock. As someone who works 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, I literally have to leave work early just to make it there. Imagine my excitement after rushing over… only to be greeted by locked doors. 🙃 If your hours have changed, here’s a wild idea: update the sign, update the website, and update Google. It would save your customers time, gas, and unnecessary frustration. I wasn’t asking for an eye exam. I just wanted to pick up my kids’ glasses. Apparently, that was too much to ask!!

Update: 7/19/2026- I attempted to get my glasses repaired again today. I arrived at 1:42pm and the doors were locked and no one was inside. This was my second time arriving well before closing and they were already closed. Closing time is 4:00pm. I really need to get my glasses repaired because I need them for work. At this point, I will just have to find another location for the repair. Quite disappointed in this location, as my previous experiences have been good. This location is usually pretty good but they seem to close whenever they want. I stopped by about 15 minutes ago for a repair and they were already closed. It's now 6:33pm and the store is supposed to close at 7:00pm. It's quite frustrating when you've rushed from work to get to the location with 45 minutes to spare before closing only to find out that they've closed early, even though the closing time posted on the door is 7:00pm.

I had an appt today 4/11 @ 10:00 am . The staff that was working today were phenomenal. Very pleasant and very kind ! Although it was a bit of a wait ( WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STAFF WORKING) they made it an enjoyable experience. Although there was a lot of negativity from customers they still remained professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for upstanding customer service and an quality experience

On 6/22/26, I was welcomed into the showroom with a broad smile by the manager (Jemia). She was very professional, patient, and caring. She looked up my Insurance and explained to me what was covered under my Insurance. She provides top-notch care and remains an asset to your company.

I had an amazing experience at this Visionworks! I’m usually a quiet person, but Tammy made me feel so comfortable that we had a truly great conversation. I had asked to put a pair of glasses on hold the day before, and they were ready and waiting for me just as promised. I absolutely love my new glasses and haven’t stopped wearing them since. Thank you, Tammy!
