We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and kind, and they had a great selection of children’s frames for my 4-year-old to choose from. I was honestly expecting his first eye exam to be a challenge, but the doctor completely changed that. He was incredibly patient and knew exactly how to keep my son engaged. Every time my son correctly identified what he saw, the doctor celebrated with him, turning the exam into something fun instead of something to be nervous about. My son smiled through the entire appointment, and because of the doctor’s approach, what I expected to be stressful was completely stress-free for both of us. This practice isn’t even marketed as a pediatric optometrist, but the care my 4-year-old received was exceptional. We never felt rushed, everyone treated him with so much kindness, it was such a positive first eye exam and he even got a sticker! I highly recommend this practice and will absolutely be bringing my son back.

I had a very pleasant experience with my eye doctor. The staff was welcoming, and the doctor was extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. I felt well cared for, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, a truly positive and reassuring experience. Not only was their work thorough, their customer service was also exceptional.

I had not had an eye exam in years. At the behest of a friend, I made an appt at this location. The staff I engaged were attentive, professional, and overall amazing and truly represented the VW brand. Dr. Brooks was great and genuinely concerned about my eye health. Additionally he was humorous and a great guy. Im looking forward to my annual check up.

The Vision Works Team Members were attentive to my needs and all of my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable of the products. They were really to assist each time I visited the store three times in one week. Looking forward to next year's eye examine and purchases.
