The people here are great at Westminster MD Visionworks. I've been going here for years. My only complaint ever with this place is the phone service. I am not the only one. Other customers come in and say they cannot get through, but they had questions and had to drive there. Every time I have ever called there, I have been unable to reach a person. This past week I called to say that I would be five minutes late stuck in traffic. Was unable to get through to speak to someone. It is annoying!!! This past time I was in there and a woman drove 30 minutes to ask someone when her contacts would be in because she couldn't get through on the The phone service SUCKS. But the people are very kind and helpful and the doctors are wonderful

The experience was absolutely incredible from walking into to promptly appointment, eye exam, helpful associates eyeglasses selection, paying with great prices and out the door in less than a hour. It is unbelievable that actually associates talk to real people, not on the internet and cellphones. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I certainly would recommend this store. Thank you.

Very satisfied with my experience getting an eye exam and eyeglass purchase here. 100% recommend. My suggestion to others, if wanting to make an appt over the phone, is to bypass all the automated options by saying “speak to a representative” and then you’ll get connected to a live person at the Westminster Townmall location who can he’ll schedule your appt and answer your questions :)

Was literally able to get a same-day appointment. I had the honor of working with Morgan and her associate they could not have been more pleasant. The Dr was very sweet. Highly recommend this location did not try to upsell or anything or honest and upfront.😊

If you are need caring, knowledgeable and a sense of family, this store is a great start to your Eyewear needs. Tim Williams went way above and beyond for me. A really great store. We'll done.
