Dr. D and staff were great! The doctor was kind, friendly, and, most importantly, quite knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease. Staff members were upbeat and helpful despite it being quite busy. I was very happy with my experience today, and will be referring anyone who needs new glasses!
The staff at VisionWorks in Allen Park did an amazing job of making me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She greeted me with a smile the moment I stepped foot in the door. The optometrist Cynthia, was very helpful in providing information about eye health while aging and how to properly maintain healthy vision. She took the time to answer all of my many questions which I appreciated. Val, the Optical Supervisor was very knowledgeable about Eyewear. She assisted me in purchasing the best glasses that not only fit my face but my budget (insurance) as well. Val took time to go through the benefits of my insurance and how to navigate choosing the best glasses. I'm happy to say I was able to find something that was cute and affordable. I truly appreciate her kindness and patience. Great staff!
Had a great experience at Visionworks. The staff was very helpful and informative. The doctor was knowledgeable and patient, he took time to explain in a way I could easily understand. Appointments were easy to make and the wait time was less then 10 minutes before I was seen. I will definitely go back.
The Dr. was FANTASTIC!!! Explained everything in detail, including possible options for contacts. She gave me three business cards for ophthalmologists that would be able to verify that I am a candidate for contacts. I couldn't ask for better. The lady that helped me pick out glasses and give me pricing spoke very fast at first. (I have cognitive issues). Thankfully she slowed down and explained my lens type and what is required for my prescription. I will recommend VisionWorks to my friends and family.
Valerie was super helpful and made renewing my contacts easy, helped shape up my glasses and sunglasses in-store, and even showed me the best way to clean and take care of my glasses with the gel cleaning kit! Will definitely keep going to this specific location for all my contacts/glasses needs.
