The entire VisionWorks Team was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. The representative worked with me to find the right frames, performed initial vision tests, reviewed all lens options, completed the order, thoroughly explained the cost breakdown and answered all my questions with a smile. She provided the same amazing service during my last visit over two years ago. Also, I noticed how she treated other customers with equal care while I waited for my complete eye exam. I hope VisionWorks truly values her.

I had a great experience at Visionworks! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. They got me in and out quickly for my eye exam, and ordering my new glasses was easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how efficient and professional everyone was. I would definitely recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for great customer service!

I wasn't planning to leave a review about my experience, but then VisionWorks emailed me claiming that I missed my appointment. I didn't miss my appointment. In fact, I arrived five minutes early with all of my paperwork completed and my contact lenses already removed. You know who did miss the appointment? The doctor. About 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, no one had said a single word to me. I was told to take a seat or browse the glasses, and that the doctor would come get me when she was ready. Eventually, I asked what was going on. Instead of an explanation, I was immediately met with attitude from the person at the front desk, who told me I would be taken back next. Her reasoning? Didn't I see the patient who had gone back before me? Obviously, I had to wait for her exam to be finished. (The person they were referring to was literally snoring and falling asleep when I walked in, so I'm very curious how long they were waiting) The strange part is that patient wasn't taken back until well after my appointment time. So when exactly was I supposed to be seen? At that point, I walked out. I scheduled my appointment for 3:20 p.m. and respected the doctor's time by arriving on time. As patients, we deserve that same level of respect in return. What really bothers me is that this situation could have been completely avoided with a little communication. If someone had simply told me when I arrived that the doctor was running behind and that there would be a delay, I would have stayed without complaint. I work in healthcare. I understand that schedules don't always go as planned. We run behind sometimes too. The difference is that we have the common courtesy to let our patients know when they're going to be seen after their scheduled appointment time instead of leaving them waiting with no information. After all that, VisionWorks had the nerve to email me claiming that I was the one who missed the appointment. At the end of the day, this is exactly why I refuse to deal with corporate healthcare. Frankly, it's my own fault for scheduling the appointment and expecting a different experience. Going forward, I'll be taking my business back to private practices, where patients are treated like people instead of appointment slots on a schedule. Lesson learned. 0/10

Highly recommend this Visionworks location. They go above and beyond in their customer support, the doctors are great, and they are very helpful in navigating the complex world of insurance to make sure you're getting the best deal. I've been going to them for years and will continue to do so.

Took my mother in for an eye exam and glasses. Exceptional service and customer care from all associates on staff. Morgan took her time to help my mom pick out exactly what glasses she wanted. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.
