Walked in to ask about getting new glasses, (I had my exam at another location that is also excellent!! But this store is closer to me) and was lucky enough to find Heather working.. she help me to an extent that I cannot even put in words. Quietly and fast! She found offer to apply to my order -was not using insurance- and walked out with “2” pairs of high quality glasses, the way I wanted with the price I could afford… she is Great! 11/10 recommend

This place is slower than slow, not efficient at all. Expect to spend 2hrs here for your eye appointment. This location should not have gone the telehealth route. I was told it was a shortage of doctors online because they come from all over the nation. Maybe just keep a doctor on staff if it's causing your customers this many issues. Each appointment I've had here was 2hrs long, mostly spent waiting. AI for eye care is a cool concept, but I think they should have stopped and said, "We could, but we shouldn't". While the staff are nice, it has a very "we just follow the process and so it's outside of our control feel." Not to mention trying to order my contacts online with the paper prescription they gave me has been a nightmare. Tried to call the store, was redirected to customer service, who redirected me back to the store, who hasn't called me back.
Wish I could give zero stars! While the gentleman that did our exam was nice, the AI experience and remote experience with my son’s eye doctor was HORRIBLE! The lady joined the video call, didn’t introduce herself or ask us to confirm who we were. Just went right into my son needs glasses. Even tho our main reason for going was NOT glasses it was for dry eyes per our doctors direction. I ensured this was in our notes when booking and told the clinic at check in again our reason for being there. The doc was beyond rude and could tell she was in a rush to get off the phone with us. Just horrible!! Something’s need to stick to having the person to person contact. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.
I had a very good experience at Visionworks at the Eden Prairie Center. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the gap in how things “use” to be done and how they are done now. It is very different and I was very unsure of what was happening and if I would get the care I felt I needed. Ultimately I was very satisfied and feel I got great service and care!
I’ve been here three times, and unfortunately, my experience has gotten worse each time. I would strongly recommend others stay far away. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear the staff lacks both competence and basic customer service skills. I came in on 2/11/2026 because my eyes were bothering me and I specifically wanted to speak with a doctor. When I arrived, I was informed that they no longer have an on-site doctor. I was assured that their online doctor would be able to help. After going through the entire eye exam process, the online doctor ultimately told me she couldn’t assist me and that I would need to see a doctor in person at another facility. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. PLEASE Stay far far away from this place.
