First off Chelsie had everything with my insurance approved and ready when I arrived. She got me in started my testing then I see the Dr. I showed another girl a picture of the glasses I wanted and she took me straight to them. I had my glasses picked out paid for and out the door with in an hour. Fastest I has ever been in and out in 23 years that my family have been coming to Dr's Value Vision/Vision Works. Everyone was so nice, fast and friendly!

Never have had an issue with getting in or out. The workers all have been nice and friendly and answered question I asked best to there ability. If something has gone wrong they do try and fix it if they can.

Everyone at the Cape Girardeau location was very friendly and professional. The Doctor was "down to business" and professional as well. There is a large selection of frames to choose from, and they gave their honest opinion on how the frames looked. My visit start to finish was less than an hour. My only regret is that I didn't make my appointment sooner. (One year overdue).

Absolutely the worst experience at an eye doctor ever! All she did was lecture me about sleeping in my contacts. I woke up with my eye so blurry that I couldn’t see, so I went here instead of my regular doctor that is closed today. She said it was blurry because I “slept in my contacts”. The contacts I have are made to wear for a week then throw away. They are made to sleep in. I’ve never had an issue like this before. She said I had an astigmatism in that eye that hasn’t had one before “because I slept in my contacts”. The prescription in the contacts she gave me to try were so far off that I could not see anything and she said all she could do was go off the numbers the machine gave her. When I had trouble getting them out she said well you shouldn’t be wearing contacts. Then turned to go to the next of the cattle in the shoot. I will never go back here nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I wish there were negative stars available to give.

Vision works was very helpful, polite and answer all my questions I had. Prices were reasonable. I’ll will be going back again
