I have been getting my glasses at Vision Works for over 15 years. This year I went to the New Garden location and Jarrod helped me pick out my new frames. I explained I was leaving on vacation in a few days and would like to get them back before leaving, which he explained it usually takes about 10 days. I ordered them on a Tuesday and they were back on Thursday. I love the look and fit and he nailed the progressive lenses field of vision. The 50 percent off sale was great as well. Thanks guys for great service you are the best.

This was my first visit to Visionworks and I will definitely return. The associate that helped me was Vickie Earnhardt and she was very helpful, friendly and professional! The store had a great selection and I found the perfect frames and the best part was the price! Thank you to Vickie and the General Manager that helped me!!

Fantastic staff! Bruce took his time and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Everyone is so helpful here. This is the third pair I’ve purchased from this location this year. Stop in. No pressure and beautiful glasses.

Really enjoyed my experience at this Visionworks location. Originally came in for DVF frames because this is the only store in Greensboro that carries them. Jared is super helpful; even went around the store with me to solidify the frames I was interested in. Buying glasses is an investment and I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided in store and over the phone.

This specific Visionworks location had frames I couldn't find at any other optical shop around the area. Teresa was very helpful and knowledgeable. The glasses came in when expected and the prescription bifocal lenses were right the first time.
