Came into the store excited to find new glasses and there was only one associate with no one in the store; she did not greet me nor acknowledge me at any point until I left. She was on what seemed to be a personal call and only got off when an older lady approached her requesting assistance to which she replied “did you read the sign” prompting the lady to walk back and look at the sign. While I would’ve preferred to possibly complete my purchase I decided it was best I go elsewhere as it was clear I wasn’t going to get any help. She basically told the older lady she can browse but she can’t help her.

I love this place!!! They are also super nice and helpful! Roy is a great employee super helpful and did an AMAZING job fixing my bent glasses! He made triple sure that they were the right fit and they looked good on my face. Definitely recommend this place for any and all glasses needs and repairs!!!!!

Always a good experience at VisionWorks. I’ve been getting contact lenses from them for the past three years. Troi was kind and knowledgeable about the contact lenses, and provided options for my services, and I was in and out in a timely manner. The store is always clean and inviting and there is ample parking at the location on Sharon Amity Rd.

Terrible experience. They promess your glasses will be ready in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks are not ready and they they do not have idea when will be ready because are Oakley and they do not own Oakley labs, but is not their problem because you were who chose Oakley.

I went with my 81 year old mother 5/7/26 and the store was closed at 2:10. CLOSED. We went back 5/8/26 and I was told that we could look, but not order or buy anything. Why be open? Why pay an employee to just sit there and turn business away? Absolutely ridiculous.
