Had a great experience at Metrolina Eye Associates with Dr. Kalie Leone. She was friendly, thorough, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. Everything was efficient from start to finish, including getting my new prescription and ordering glasses before I left. Not the biggest fan of getting my pupils dilated, but I know it’s important and the team made the process smooth. Everyone there was welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend.

One of the best physicians I have seen Dr Cao is the most thorough physician ophthalmologist and gives me excellent care. I have been getting treated for dry eyes for years it started with my Cataract surgery with a different Dr in the practice. When she saw me she recognized how severe it is. I already are taking the best eye drops which I pay out of pocket for about 80.00 a month. Before seeing her it was document that I had minimum to moderate dry eyes. We are trying to get a treatment that may be approved at least I’m trying to get it covered. She has done tests for my retina’s that no one else has ever done. As a nurse I am so impressed with her care. I will only see her for my eye care. Thank you Dr Cao for the physician you are and I appreciate your care.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve called several times and left voicemails. I can’t get a call back or a response when I reach out to their email or website. For something as simple as getting a copy of my prescription. Worst front desk/management I’ve ever experienced. How can you not answer the phone at 10:30AM on a weekday…

First visit with Metrolina Eye after insurance change. Fantastic experience with Dr Cao, intake staff, and contact department. Highly recommend.

I had the most pleasant experience at this office. The staff was friendly. Dr Cao was very professional, kind and made it very easy to understand her explanation about my eye health and needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better service for my first time.
