Kim is the person in charge of ordering my contacts at Triangle Vision. I’m a customer who has bought glasses with prescription lenses, and contact lenses. I’ve been purchasing from Kim for the past two years. Her professionalism and exceptional attention to detail are the reasons I continue coming back. She consistently goes above and beyond to help you choose the right glasses or sunglasses for your needs. I highly recommend visiting her & you won’t be disappointed!

I always have a great experience when I come for my annual exam. Mersadies and Kim always take excellent care of me an pick the best frames that match my style. Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He was able to address some ongoing issues that weren't properly diagnosed by previous optometrist. Kudos to the team.
Went in with my mother to find some glasses and ended up having a repair on my glasses done. I was blesses to be assisted by Kimberly. When I tell you there isn't a sweeter woman on God's green Earth I am not telling lies!! She fixed my glasses and referred my mother to a location that would take her insurance. She even helped my mother get the necessary info from her provider so that she would know what to do moving forward. She is very professional and easy to work with. She is nothing but fun, but whenever it came to a point where it was time to get serious, she was able to switch hats and really display how much she knows about this industry. I wanted to stay and do business with this location, but we could not due to coverage. I happily refer this location to everyone in need of assistance with anything having to do with eyes, you will not regret it!
This morning was my first time at this establishment the staff is amazing, and very welcoming. I called yesterday, and the staff member who answered the phone is very professional, and wonderful patience. Very neat, and clean. Doctor Lopez is the best beautiful energy, and whitty I love it 😀 I enjoyed my visit. Thank you.
I've been a patient here since 2020. The actual eye care has always been solid, but the office administration is a different story, and it's finally pushed me to leave. Ordering contacts has been an issue for years: orders lost, never placed, or shipped to the wrong address. I stuck around anyway because I wanted to support a local business. Then in March I had an exam and ordered new lenses for my frames. Six weeks later I was told my glasses got lost. They let me pick a new frame for free, which was nice, but I liked my old ones. The new pair was supposed to ship to my house. Six more weeks went by before I called and found out they'd been sent to the office instead, so I had to take time off work to pick them up. Once home I noticed something was off with them. I called, went back in, and was told I'd need another appointment with the doctor before they could fix and send the glasses out. That was three weeks ago. Since then I've called multiple times and been told someone would call me back by a certain day. It's July now and I still don't have my glasses. Years of contact ordering problems plus this whole mess with the glasses have used up my patience.
