I have nothing but good things to say about this place. everyone was so kind, from Monica who went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have my appointment today despite me rescheduling for a later time, down to Dr.Peltrop who was just so kind and fun to be around. She was like a ray of sunshine. I felt very comfortable during my entire appointment, and the gentleman who helped me get my prescription was also very lovely. He took his time to break down the costs of my glasses and was overall very informative and great to talk to. 10/10 customer service, I will only be going to this location for my glasses needs and for welcoming conversation from now on.◡̈

Shirley does an awesome job. What I like most is her honest opinion and knowledge about eye wear and how they look on you. She listened to my needs and did everything in her power to make me happy. My glasses came earlier than expected. When I came in to pickup without an appointment, Shirley was with another client, She let me know right away she would be with me as soon as possible. A young lady asked if she could help me and get my order. She was very professional and helped to adjust my glasses. I feel these employees cared about my business and I appreciate their prompt attention to customer service!

I love this store! I just purchased my second pair of glasses here. I came to Visionworks after buying glasses from two different sources, both of which left something to be desired. The customer service at Visionworks is absolutely stellar! This applies to every store employee I encountered. They are helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one! I would never buy glasses anywhere in Las Cruces again, except at Visionworks.

The doctor And the tech And associates who all work at Vision worked very helpful and knowledgeable always great with a smile when they face and can answer any question that we have they always provide the answer, always straightforward, very professional and compassionate. I will always be Want to let them take care of my eyes the hospitality is unbelievable and I really appreciate that. Keep up the great work.

Not even going to be giving a rating because I had an appointment scheduled for the 17th of this month and the day before at 5:17pm I get an email stating that my appointment had been canceled. I called and spoke to the front desk because I was confused as to why it was cancelled. The lady then told me that I did not confirm the appointment in time and that it canceled my appointment automatically. This does not make sense as I confirmed it every single day that week starting on Monday and even called to confirm the appointment. I then asked her if I could keep the appointment there as I needed to get my eyes checked extremely bad for my job and drivers license. She stated there was nothing she could do as my appointment slot was already taken by someone else which also makes no sense as it had just been cancelled. I believe they are canceling patients appointments and giving them to either family or friends and based on what I've read on the reviews for this place it pretty much confirms it. She offered me other places that did not accept my insurance which was no help whatsoever and then started laughing in my face over the phone while sitting next to a manager. Did not catch either of their names but they are extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Also had to go to a place that didnt take my insurance that cost me a lot of money that I dont have. Thanks!
