I had a very nice young lady by the name of Kenia assit with purchasing my frames & lenses. She was so very patient, kind, friendly that is exactly the kind of person that should be employed there. The whole experience was positive since the time I arrived. The lobby was full with customers but yet they still manage to assist each customer in a timely manner. My experience was mixed. The customer service was quite slow, and the office was busy with only about 12 seats available in the lobby. During my visit, the waiting area became crowded, and some customers were asked if they wanted to come back later due to the number of people waiting. There were approximately four employees assisting customers, but several additional service desks appeared to be unused. This contributed to longer wait times than I would have expected given the customer volume. One area that could also be improved is customer comfort while waiting. There was no customer restroom available, which can be challenging when wait times are extended. That said, once my order was completed, the frames came out very quickly, which I appreciated. The final product was ready faster than expected, and that part of the experience was smooth. With some improvements to wait times and customer accommodations, this would be a much better experience overall.

I didn’t care for how long I had to wait before I was helped. I was disappointed that no employee greeted me or directed me to sign in when I arrived. However once I was helped my experience was satisfactory. Aliyah was very professional, courteous & patient with me. We ran into a snag with my eye doctors office resisting sending my script but after that it went smoothly & I got my glasses the next day. Aliyah was great. I love the new glasses. I recommend for las cruceans

Rude customer service asking what we need why are we here smh well I need glasses I came into ur store for help and you ask me like I’m a lost puppy what I need get it right this is the third time coming to this location get it right smh u all lose business like that and not to mention the ride comments very unprofessional

Joelyn was so incredibly patient with me; She literally spent hours with me in order to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted! This woman went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Thank you very much! I will be recommending this place to family and friends.
