Great experience at Empire Visionworks. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive and professional. I had a thorough eye exam and decided to go with progressive lenses. They have a great selection of frames, and I love my new glasses. Great service from start to finish!
Dr. Zimmerman is fantastic. Thorough eye exam and answers all questions. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. They help you pick.out eye glasses that look best on you and have a great fit. They also help.you pick the best options for your lense add ons.
Not real happy with the service, not only was staff member very rude when I picked up my glasses. I asked about the order for my contacts and was given a their not in no reason just snarky remarks when I said it’s been almost a month. Your employees are very rude and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere
Vahida helped me tremendously. I was blind and now I see! She was a great eye consultant Kris the manager helped me tremendously with my optical exam. Dr. Zimmerman was kind and helpful with my blindness, he professional and courteous I highly recommend this eye place very AWESOME and helped Sooo much as I never wore glasses before in my life. If you reading bad or can't see this is the place for you trust me because I can see now? If there were more stars I would give them more!
Was able to schedule my appointment around my lifestyle. They use all new technology. So glad no more having my pupils dilated. Everyone was nice and helpful
