Excellent place! All employees were very courteous! The teledoctors were so pleasant and made sure l understood everything and asked if l had any questions.

Overall good experience. Staff is excellent. Use the telehealth. The Dr. Takes a really long time and you can sit before you are seen even with an appt. Glasses selection has been the same for over a year. They do not switch it out to follow trends. They only have a couple frames from higher end brands. Mostly lower end no name brands.

From making the appointment though text, from entering the store and going through the exams it went quickly Dr was nice and explained my vision. Picking out glasses large variety to pick from clean lighted store and the Gentleman I had was same one from two years ago very helpful and thoughtful in helping with my selection.

My glasses were stepped on and the string/wire were broken on both sides. We drove a half hour to ask if they could be fixed because I definitely need them and don't have a spare. Some string was missing so they could not be repaired. They did have the frames in stock and were half price. So I went in, was seen instantly, bought new frames, the lenses were installed, and I was iut the door in roughly five minutes.

After 2 appointments with another eye doctor, I changed to Vision Works. Yes! Vision Works got my prescription right. I am extremely happy to have glasses I can actually see with to drive. Customer service was excellent, staff very pleasant and willing to answer any questions. The doctor was thorough in my exam, and very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Vision Works.
