I need cataract surgery, so wasn't able to get new glasses. But the entire staff made me feel very at ease and explained everything that would happen going forward. The Dr I saw has to be one of the best I've ever encountered! In and out but, very thorough with everything and no one seemed like they'd rather be doing something else. Will definitely be going back!
Wasn't pushy with all the add ons and helped me pick exactly what was needed for me. Great prices aswell. Overall loved the staff very friendly and service
While in Oswego from out of town for work, my only pair of glasses broke. I went into Empire Visionworks and they fixed my glasses in record time. The staff there were very nice and professional. The store appeared very clean and well lit.
I have been going to this location for many years. It has always been a great experience and they take care of their customers promptly and kindly. My last appointment was a total of 30 minutes, which was nice since I had other places to go after. I highly recommend them!
