I have been seeing Dr. Baker for MANY years. He is very patient and attentive and has always provided me with excellent care. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Katie is a pleasure to work with to help pick out my glasses. I highly recommend going there!
Dr. Baker is very focused on improving you quality of life through sight. He is thorough, patient, and informative. He will take the time to explain any questions you have, my family has never felt rushed. We have been seeing him for 16 years. His staff has changed… like every office in America. Yet he is still the same professional qualified doctor! We are lucky community to have him.
I was out of town on a weekend and somehow injured my cornea. I went to the ER where I was diagnosed and was told to follow up with my eye doctor when I returned home. Because of the extreme pain, I called Dr. Baker's office on Sunday hoping he might have an emergency contact. When there was none, I left a message on the answering machine explaining my situation. I never heard from him so I called the office three more times on Monday; no one answered and I was again told to leave a message. I didn't leave a message since I had already done so on Sunday. I've never heard from the office or Dr. Baker. Needless to say, I've gone elsewhere for my eye care where they offer 24/7 care...Harbor Eye Associates.
All of the staff at Dr. Baker's office is always super friendly and fantastic with kids too! My whole family loves it there!
