I was nervous as I hadn't had an eye exam in years and wasn't sure what to expect. It was so quick and easy from start to finish. Staff very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had.
During my visit to the Fulton location around 2:10 PM on my lunch break to order contacts, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of your employees. Despite being the only staff member managing the store and front desk at the time, she handled multiple patients with remarkable politeness and professionalism. Her ability to remain calm and efficient while assisting a diverse range of customers did not go unnoticed. In an era where excellent customer service is increasingly rare, her dedication and hard work stood out significantly. I wanted to ensure that her efforts are recognized and that she knows her outstanding performance is greatly appreciated.
very polite staff. the customer service was fantastic and the doctor was very nice and took his time and listened to my complaints without interrupting me. I highly recommend this place. The prices were fantastic too.
Visionworks does a good job of taking care of a person's eye exam and their employees seem knowledgeable...the lens are fairly expensive though but I purchased unlined bifocals this time with lenses that darken in sunlight...there also wasn't a long wait time because I was on-time for my eye exam appointment.
The eye doctor is quite rude. I asked to be measured for a contact prescription and he refused telling me my script was too low. I told him I wanted to buy colored contacts for my costumes and didn't want to buy off sketchy 3rd party sites. He then proceeded to say "so what do you want me to do? I dont know what you want me to do? I can make your prescription stronger. We havent had colored contacts for over 20 years" im not sure what prompted him to say it like that. I had simply asked what my options were and why I wanted the prescription in the first place. Turns out, they DO have colored contacts prescriptions they can write and I CAN get them even with my low prescription. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a proper contact exam because he refused to do it. I'm not sure why he lied or was so bothered by me asking. It wasn't costing him money. This is the second year he has been rude to me. I won't be going back. The other staff were great!
