My appointment at Visionworks went very well. I was checked in quickly and seen promptly by the doctor, who took time to explain each part of the examination and answer my questions. I never felt rushed throughout the appointment, and truly appreciated the thorough care I received. After my exam, I had plenty of time to choose a new pair of frames without feeling pressured. The technician who assisted me was friendly, patient and very helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable. Overall, I received excellent customer service from start to finish and would highly recommend Visionworks.

For over 4 years ne and my family have been getting our glasses with Davis visionworks they're very reliable and we've never have had any problems of any kind. The scheduling appointments system is very easy weather you do it on line or by phone. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about anything that has to do with glasses and insurances coverage. They'll answer any questions you may have and point you on the right direction. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend them. 😎🤓👌🏼👍🏼

The vision associate who assisted me was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to review which amenities were included, what additional items were not covered, and provided a detailed breakdown of all costs before asking me to confirm my purchase. I truly appreciated his patience, transparency, and attention to detail, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Davis Vision on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon. My brother-in-law brought his expensive Chrome Hearts prescription glasses to this location and entrusted them to the staff. After waiting approximately two weeks and repeatedly calling for an update, he was suddenly told that the glasses had already been picked up. The problem? He never picked them up. He was never notified that they were ready, and he did not authorize anyone else to pick them up on his behalf. When he went to the store to find out what happened, the same employee who originally received the glasses claimed that he had come into the store the previous week to pick them up. That statement is completely untrue. We spoke with the manager expecting the situation to be taken seriously and resolved. Instead, there was no meaningful resolution. Because of the conflicting information and the fact that valuable personal property is now missing, the police were contacted and a report was made. Even after this, the response from corporate was essentially to “wait another 24 hours.” After two weeks of waiting and repeated attempts to get answers, this is completely unacceptable. These were not inexpensive glasses. They were Chrome Hearts prescription glasses, and the cost includes both the frames and prescription lenses. Davis Vision was entrusted with this property, and we expect accountability for what happened while it was in their possession. We are now demanding: * A full investigation into what happened to the glasses * Review and preservation of surveillance footage * Documentation of who supposedly picked them up and when * An explanation for the conflicting statements provided by the employee * Full reimbursement for the glasses and prescription * A prompt written response from corporate management Customers should be able to trust a company with their personal property without having to worry about it disappearing and then being told that they supposedly picked it up when they did not. Very disappointing experience. We expected much better from Davis Vision and will be pursuing this matter with corporate management and the appropriate authorities until it is properly resolved.
