This was a very positive amazing experience for me. I had an appointment for an eye exam. What a fantastic staff, I was blown away by the pristine customer service by every staff member I encountered. Then a sales rep Amanda had assisted me in picking out my frames, I needed reading glasses. She was just like a breath of fresh air, great energy, awesome personality! The store was immaculately clean & organized. It only took about a week and a half to receive my glasses! This was an enjoyable experience & I will be trusting them again in the future.

Overall great experience! Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The saleswoman Alafia was so kind and even advised me of a promotion that saved me a lot money on my glasses which I was very appreciative of. I will definitely come back here in the future!

From the very first phone call, the customer service was exceptional—the lady who answered was incredibly polite, took the time to confirm they accepted our insurance, and assured us that we could visit without an appointment. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and that level of kindness continued throughout our visit. Alifia, in particular, was an absolute gem—one of the kindest, most patient individuals we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable, taking the time to engage with him and ensure the experience was stress-free. She also explained the available specials, making sure we got the best value for our purchase. Thanks to this outstanding service, we’re thrilled to have chosen them as our go-to store for prescription glasses. Highly recommended!

I personally have been visiting Davis visionworks for the last 3 years. I have completely entrusted my vision to this company because they are professional, courteous, attentive and have a wide selection. Everyone from Amanda the technician to the doctor was so helpful to me and made me feel welcomed and answered my questions. Amanda is amazing, she has great taste and I actually let her pick my glasses for me 2 years in a row and I've been absolutely in love with them. Took my Daughter to get a vision check up and to purchase two new pairs of glasses , one of them being prescription sunglasses. Abdul was very knowledgeable, and courteous to her needs and showed her a variety of polarized lenses. He even commented as the pilots choose the dark green color lense being it is a more sharper image. She went with that! It was a very pleasant experience! Will return there again in the future!!
