Davis VISIONWORKS in Garden City is an excellent eyewear store who has an outstanding sales associate named Lois who assisted me from my questions, concerns and her opinions. She was cordial, professional and thorough. She in my opinion, exemplifies all the characteristics that an excellent sales associate should have. Her initial greeting was very smooth and our conversation seemed like we could have been talking about anything which to me shows her ability to approach sales, which can be an awkward topic, a pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable and also went to show me several pairs of other glasses. She made me feel like a valued potential customer. The business aspect was unbelievably fast and thorough. At closing, I had a smile on my face which says that I was completely satisfied and I will return and asking for Lois as my sales associate. Anyone looking for new glasses, I would highly recommend Davis VISIONWORKS as your primary first stop. By the way, ask for Lois. I am confident that all the other associates would do an awesome job as well.

This is my first time using Davis visionworks and from the front desk the experience was amazing. All the staff including the doctor were attentive and friendly. One of the techs was very helpful in giving me a great deal. I did unfortunately break my glasses and they so kindly were able to exchange them for a new pair even after the exchange window had passed. They truly went above and beyond helping me and my family find their new pair of glasses.

At the Garden City location , I walked in without an appointment. Nicole greeted me pleasantly and scheduled an eye exam immediately. All aspects of my exam was explained to me through each transition. Dr. Lee reviewed my records and explained everything to me in layman's terms and gave visual examples. Tymenequa assisted me with finding stylish frames that would accommodate the prescription multifocal lens Dr. Lee recommended. The paperwork and insurance coverage was explained in detail and paper copies given. This was my second time going to this location. Although it was very busy, all staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and showed they cared about the patients. Thank you! 😊

Tamara the manager, very soft spoken, professional does great person when entering the facility. Aaliyah was great when taking care of my eyes, she explained everything Dr. Chang also great she explained everything she showed me my exam. She even went in as far as explaining the progressive lens and I mean she went in. She was great. I also came in contact with Tameka with a Q. She was also great everyone I came in contact with was amazing professional they all was great. I would definitely recommend VisionWorks. That was my first time there and I had a great experience.
