It was very easy to set up my appointment with the automated system. I arrived early for my appointment and didn't have to wait. The employees got straight to the point. I got the information I needed for my DMV license renewal paperwork. The eye doctor was very cool and informative with the process and overall experience was great.
I just finished with my visit at Visionworks and I had such a positive experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciate that they worked with my insurance and explained my options clearly. I did not feel pressured at all. They have great frame options too. I definitely recommend this location. I will probably seek them out the next time I need frames.
From the minute I walked in to the time I left, it was an excellent experience. Friendly and patient staff and professional doctor. The store is clean and seems well managed. No problems or issues.
I came in today to drop off a prescription for my daughter and Gabriela was very helpful and kind. She gave me informative advice about my daughter’s new prescription. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. Thank you so much Gabriela!
My experience was really good, the associates were all very friendly. The doctor took the time to examine my eyes correctly and was informative. Only negative was, No one explained the "Buy 1 get one free" sale. So because I have Fidelis, they didn't cover it. Fidelis doesn't "Cover" a sale? That was weird. But, I got some really nice glasses. Overall, Would recommend this place.
