Exceptional customer service! The manager George, and the optician Carmel were absolutely the best in the business. They clearly prioritize doing right by their clients/customers, and I am very pleased with the service/support I received.

My husband Patrick Cook has an appointment with Davis Vision /Visionworks at Walt Whitman Mall Huntington Station yesterday.The Optometrist, Technician and receptionist work together in this facility to make customer service run smoothly. Everyone is excellent in customer service, kind, pleasant, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The optometrist is very thorough of his/her profession. Davis Vision/ Visionworks is the best place to go to whenever you need glasses. I would love to recommend this facility to friends and family for future reference.
Very disappointed how this place has become, from booking appointments with an AI that does not inform you if you book an actual in person appointment versus a virtual appointment. And when I called Albert had very little concern with issue or rectifying it. For a place that has transformed to doing mostly virtual appointments, how is the next in person appointment 3 weeks out like we’re in pandemic times.
I truly appreciate Dr. Radmila Ilyayeva at Davis Vision. She is one of the Optometrist’s there! She is so patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and respected my wants and needs. Carmel, who I worked with, was absolutely the best in the business! She walked me through all my options, patient, and gave me her honest opinion, which I asked for! Overall such wonderful experience here!
