Booking an Appointment was easy and online. It does state In-person exams as zero and has Visionlink as the other option that you have to pay attention too. I also got a text verification about the Visionlink exam. The exam was surprisingly very thorough and its a live doctor. Google has the hours listed as mall hours but their front door and Visionworks website line up with the correct hours. Overall a simple process. Everyone there was very attentive and knowledgeable. No issues on my end. I see most reviews are things that are readily explained and available online.

I’ve bought my eyeglasses from here a number of times without any problem. This time was different. I was getting the BOGO deal. I was shocked that the total came to $645. It was my fault for not asking how that happened while I was still there, but I was waiting SO LONG in the store that by the time I was done I just needed to get out of there, to an appointment I had. (Though my name was next up on the sign-in sheet, when it was my turn the employee told me she had to take her lunch break first. Okay, I get that…everyone needs a lunch break. But it did add a lot more time to my wait. It seems she could have asked another employee to help me. So I see on the invoice that the progressive tint and non-glare is what jacked up the price so much. She didn’t tell me what these were going to cost. I should have asked—my bad, but she should have told me. She didn’t even ask if I wanted the non-glare - it was just added on! I got an automated text saying one of the two pairs was ready, and the other would be ready in two more days. So I waited those two days to be able to pick up both pairs at once, which would be today. But now it says one of the pairs is “pending,” with no date as to when it will be ready. I called and got the automated thing, which, when I gave my order number, said there was no order from me! So I asked to speak with a human. When I finally got one he said the estimated date for the other pair isn’t until a whole MONTH after I purchased it. I didn’t get anything about that in a text or email, so I’m glad I called. I’ll take my future business elsewhere,

I went today around 4:30 to see if they had time can get a quick eye exam and was told that The optometrist was seeing his last customer and was booked until the end of September. And does not accept walk-ins meanwhile on the door And online said it says walk-in welcome and I I should’ve made an appointment. Meanwhile, I got my eyes checked there two years ago they took me without a problem when i walked in. They should change their sign on the door if they can’t accept walk-ins. And that they don’t take my insurance and I use the same insurance last time I was there

This place and staff are a blessing in my life! Such an amazing experience and very well spoken, kind and patient team they are. Maybe 6 or 7 yrs here and not 1 complaint. From the eye doctor to the front desk all deliver A+ service. Finding a pair of glasses I wanted took 5 mins from a really cool collection they have. When taken to the back, each device I moved to was thoroughly explained. The front desk, amazing! Extremely well equipped with friendliness, very charismatic. Much love!
