It happened to be an extremely busy day in the store, but even with everything going on, they were consistently kind, calm, and incredibly patient with me through the whole process. They answered my questions, walked me through the options, and made sure I didn’t feel rushed or like I was “in the way” — which means more than I can say. I actually thanked them while I was there because their patience genuinely stood out. It reminded me of a time I was in Greece, where the streets can feel like pure chaos with scooters and mopeds weaving everywhere — yet the car and truck drivers were surprisingly patient and forgiving, which is probably what prevents so many accidents.
