Visionworks

I would highly recommend this location! I've used Visionworks in the past, but this was our first time at this location. There were 3 of us getting exams, and it was our daughter's first real exam at 5 years old. The doctor was extremely patient and very kid friendly. The girls helping in the front helped my daughter pick glasses, and got her coloring and managed to help us get the dialation drops in that she threw a fit about. I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful they are! Best experience getting glasses ever!

I had a great experience at the vision works on Plank Road. Everyone was Great and very professional. Julie spent alot of time helping me find the frames I wanted. I wanted something specific and she kept searching till she found them. She didn't make me feel rushed or that I was taking too much time making a decision . I would recommend them highly to everyone that asks.

The proof is in the pudding. I bought two pairs of glasses a few months back that my pup thought was a dog treat and went back to order two more replacement pairs from the same location. The service is exceptional, the price is right, and their products are fashionable with high quality craftsmanship. Can't recommend them enough.

Great experience. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They really took time to help me find glasses that i really liked. Staff was very knowledgeable on the types of lens available to me. I LOVE my new glasses and sunglasses!

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. i brought my 9 year old here for glasses. a few months later she failed the schools vision test, she tried again with her old glasses that she got at her previous eye doctor and passed. we called and explained, they were very rude and said there wasn't anything they could do unless we paid for an exam all over again, this place is a disgrace. we will never be back and i hope nobody goes here.
