I had an excellent experience with the Warrington, PA location. I spoke with Jaimie, the manager, about options for ordering a new pair of glasses. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. She quickly clarified what was needed and made the process easy. I also want to recognize Amber, who originally spent the time with me selecting my frames and prescription lenses. She gave excellent guidance, made the decisions easy, and helped me choose glasses that turned out perfectly. The prescription was accurate, and the glasses were extremely comfortable. What also stood out was Jaimie’s reaction when I shared my positive feedback about Amber. She was genuinely appreciative and immediately acknowledged Amber as one of their best. I love seeing a manager recognize and value a great employee that way. Excellent people, service, and quality products. Highly recommend this location.

I have been a patient of Visionworks for several years now; however, I just started going to the Warrington location a year ago by recommendation. The staff at this location are so welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Briana. Briana greeted me with a smile and checked me in for my appointment. After my appointment, she was patient with me as I looked for a new pair of glasses. Briana also helped me narrow down my selection. She understood my concerns of selecting a pair of glasses that would be a good fit and compliment my face rather than looking too out of place or too big. She made me feel comfortable and not like I was burden while I took my time. Truly, the whole team scheduled that day worked so well together to take care of every customer. Shout out to Briana though; she is wonderful and a real asset to this store. I look forward to seeing her in a year. I would recommend anyone who is considering switching locations to give Warrington a call. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a pleasant experience here! My daughter and I came for our yearly exam. It was my daughter's first eye exam, and my first time at this location. The process was so smooth. The doc was FANTASTIC and he made her comfortable, as she was very anxious. Also working with Jennifer was a joy. She is such a knowledgeable woman. I had mentioned I wanted a specific pair of frames in black- she looked it up without hesitation and told me they did come in black. I really enjoyed working with her, she had a great personality. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Thank you to a wonderful team!!

My wait time was not terrible, maybe 5-10 min after my selected time. The staff at this location are perfect; they’re all extremely patient and understanding. Amber at the front desk takes her good customer service seriously, and walked me through how my insurance applied and went through each of my options with me in such a respectable way. Tanya took my pre-exam tests and she was so positive and shared her good energy with me. My actual eye doctor (I forget her name I am so sorry) was extremely caring and walked me through everything. Overall I love this place and will continue to recommend this location to others. The only negative about this place/company is they use AI on phone calls. You can just ask to speak with a person and the AI will (usually) send you to one. Otherwise this was perfect.

Update on review: I called the store at 6:51 p.m. and they answered! I told them that I can call back tomorrow because they're closing soon and Amber was quick to refuse that option. She essentially said that she had the time and took the time to help me with my concern. I was beyond happy and grateful. I find it funny that I wrote my review about Amber months ago and now that I'm really updating it I love to see that she's the exact same person who helped me last time. Please give her a raise lol, I really appreciate this vision works 😭 Old review: I Came in with broken glasses Jamie and Amber were literally so amazing and nice helped me out quickly and yeah I mean you can't find better service than that.
