I'm not sure if anyone would consider a trip to the eye dr "fun" but i totally enjoyed my time! It was my 1st visit in over 10 years, and they made it so easy! The staff was incredibly personable, the woman with pink hair made my visit so fun! And she helped me pick out the best glasses for my face! i truly appreciated her very honest opinion about what looked best! The dr was great, he explained why I felt like I was going blind- after having perfect vision my whole life, 1 blurry moment makes you feel like you're losing eyesight! It made sense but is still interesting that you can still have perfect vision and an astigmatism that you need glasses to correct! Cannot imagine going to any other dr or location! The other gentleman was equally as great at explaining everything , helping me shop, picking out what looks good and going over pricing/options! Thank you all for a great experience!

We had such an excellent experience at Visionworks Ross Park Mall thanks to Steve, the general manager. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable, and spent nearly two hours helping my husband and me decide on the best glasses for our needs. He carefully explained all the options and helped us make the best decision for our circumstances without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out to me was his follow-through and customer care. I noticed something incorrect on a prescription I had received elsewhere, and Steve personally promised he would call me back in a few days while I looked into it — and he did! It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and genuine care these days. I’m truly blown away by the time, attention, and kindness he showed us throughout the entire process. Thank you, Steve, for such outstanding customer service!
I would not recommend THIS LOCATION. Their customer service sucks and they have no clue what they are doing. I went there for an exam and also wanted to get new frames. (Their options of frames are not the best in my opinion), but I found a pair that I could “settle for”. The white guy with the glasses and black nail polish did my transaction, placed my order, put my insurance information in, etc… He never gave me a time frame on when my frames would be ready, he just said “we’ll call you”. 2 weeks go by and I'm thinking my frames should have arrived at the store by now but I never received a phone call, so I called them. When I called them… I spoke to the same clueless guy who did my transaction at the store. He was so confused, at first he said my order was being delivered to my address… I said, I did store pickup… he said oh wait, no it is being delivered to the store, he kept putting me on hold to talk to his coworker because he didn’t know anything. He gets back on the phone and proceeds to say, “yeah it says your frames were delivered to our store the next day after your appointment but we don’t have them so you are going to have to come back up to the store to pick out new frames because the ones you ordered before are now no longer in stock!!” What!? He was not apologetic at all, no sympathy in his voice, nothing. He didn’t care! But most importantly how does something like this even happen?? So because their frame options are very limited, and the frames that I picked out before were not super ideal. I didn’t like their other frames so I said I’m not coming back up to the store to pick out different frames AGAIN, can you just refund me AND my insurance. Now I have to wait 60 days for it to go back on my insurance, therefore I have to wait before I can use my insurance again, at another facility. I still don’t have new frames because of this and this happened in February. They will never get my service again. Dude needs to be fired or retrained!
The person who was helping me, he was very, patient, friendly, helpful, and even though he cares about my budget and what I really need. He explains to you everything how works and what’s that for. That was awesome! I def recommended! Do not hesitate to! I got this pair 👇🏻
I have been using Warby Parker since they were probably placed inside of Ross Park Mall. I have never had any issues. My glasses broke, my last contact that I had left ripped, I am pretty much legally blind anytime I walk in and I need something they usually help me out, but for some reason this blonde lady right here was stopping her coworkers from helping me whenever they did have my contacts in the back. I also offered to pay for them on the spot and whenever I did mention that my funds were a little bit low and that I needed to use Afterpay. She tried to hold the contacts and say you can use your Afterpay here. I am very disappointed by the way that I was treated. I had to take an Uber to the mall. I was crying. This lady did not care. But thank you so very much to her very friendly coworker Zak who knew that it was fine to give me a pair of contacts on the spot. So yes, I did get my pair of contacts and yes, I will be buying them on Afterpay. That lady did not need to speak to me in the manner that she did or bring up my funds in a store. This is a shame. Since I am pretty much blind, I did take a picture to try to see her name tag to which I’m pretty sure she removed once I caught onto her being rude. I have never had this issue inside the store. Me and my family have been very long-term customers, but I think it’s time we start looking for a new eye doctor Place. We really do love it there. This is a shame.
