After finding out America's Best in Robinson no longer accepted my insurance, I was referred to Visionworks in the Mall. Upon arriving, I had a super quick 2 minute eye exam. Felt rushed. But whatever. Wrong color glasses arrived. Once the correct ones did. (They) couldn't figure out to use the heater and fit properly. After a week, I took a cdl medical exam and almost failed WITH my new prescription. So I went to a different store and asked for a repeat exam. Found out Robinson store was 5% off in my right eye. Asked both stores to change my home store as the glasses were being sent out again. After multiple calls to both stores and 3 weeks, they finally arrived yesterday to my new store. I may just go back to America's Best and pay outright just so I don't have to deal with all this again in a year or 2.

Such a good experience. I walked in just seeing if they had a pair of green eye glasses. Not expecting to see them [nobody has them], but what do I see....GREEN. Got an appointment booked for the following day and ended up getting 2 eye glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff, so friendly. Made understanding things easy. The eye doctor, he was so cheerful and thorough with explaining my eyes. I have Multiple Sclerosis and optic neuritis. He said he'd never have known by how good my nerves look in my eye. LOTS of eye glasses to pick from at super affordable prices to not so much [for me anyways]. I cannot wait to get my 3 new items!!! I will forever be going back.

I had a fantastic, efficient experience. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, making the entire process smooth. I highly recommend.

They will not let you know when you can pick up your glasses. Apparently they have had my glasses for a month, and did not send me any notification that they are ready to be picked up. They just believed their automated system was good, and did not call to inform me that the glasses had arrived. Do not believe the automated system, and for the most part I am extremely unsatisfied with their service. Glasses are something you need immediately. I ended up going through another party for contact lenses and thankfully took a picture of my glasses prescription so I could get glasses elsewhere. Updating this review - they also managed to mess up my prescription. They ordered the wrong lenses, and then blamed me for not following up more thoroughly with their AI system. I can’t go to another eye doctor because my health insurance limits me per time period so now I’m stuck with their incompetence. I waited 5 weeks for my glasses, they had them within the first two. And now I have to wait another 2 more weeks. They just kept them sitting in their drawers for multiple weeks despite my multiple follow ups (their AI system kept telling me that the glasses had not shipped yet) and then blamed me for them not calling to let me know that the glasses had arrived. Then they don’t even confirm the prescription was correct. They are extremely unprofessional and with insurance I had to pay $206. You can find cheaper elsewhere.

I am not a fan of any type of doctor appointments. But I felt like a priority. I was seen, quickly, by the doctor (I also show up for any appointment, at least, 10 min early). Everyone was kind and easy to work with. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
