My insurance coverage changed and I decided to try Visionworks Bensalem Street Road location. 10/10 experience from the friendly staff to the quality of customer service. Each member took the time to provide thorough information that enhanced my overall visit. Each member made sure to explain everything to make my appointment the best possible. I could not get over not only how genuinely nice the entire staff was but how enthusiastic they each were to assist in their role. I also could not have been happier with the wait time. I appreciated the ease of making an appointment online, the flexibility of days/times available. I was thankful for the staff’s knowledge of my insurance plan and the options offered and their willingness to explain such. Dr. Patel was polite and professional and his team exemplified quality customer service and extraordinary consideration. Highly recommend this location specifically for your eye care needs.

I had no vision insurance and brought a script from my ophthalmologist since I have a Macaular condition. My script was accepted and I got 2 pairs of glasses and the best possible price. The associate who worked with me was absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable polite, paid attention to all details and found the best possible price for me. I don't think I've ever had an experience like that. Thank you very much.

This vision works is an excellent location. They're very detailed, organized, welcoming and make sure you have the best care pertaining to you. I want to give a special shout out to Selina she is absolutely amazing. She's attentive and focuses on you in making sure you leave happy😊.

Visionworks is an excellent place to get your prescription glasses. With your appointment, there is no wait time. The process is very efficient. They have a nice selection of frames. Most of all, the employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. I keep coming back because they are so nice to me. I appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend Visionworks.

You guys almost lost me as a customer…… Glori fixed it again. Glori thank you so much for helping me out with my glasses. This is the second time I had an issue here. I’m lucky that Glori was working. She makes things simple. She fixed my glasses the first time I made a purchase here a few years ago. I know I don’t need to go anywhere else. Especially because of the workers that are employed there they can easily fix a computer error. She dropped what she was doing just to rectify the situation I really appreciate her. Vision works is lucky 🍀 she was on the job. Because I was ready to quit you guys and return my glasses. Thank you Glori & Jayda!
