They have a knowledgeable staff and seemed very interested not too excited levelheaded very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly check. My insurance told me what the cost would be. I proceeded with that and I bought the glasses that day said it’d be about a week or two before I would get them. I’m very impressed. I used your store before but it’s been a while and so that’s why I went back. I was happy the first time I would recommend your store.

I wasa walk in, no appointment. I was waited on immediately, my insurance and other items completed promptly. Everyone was very helpful, very attentive and answered all my questions. My lens and frame choices were explained and the emp helped me choose the pairs that suited me best. My glasses were delivered in under 2 weeks time, and fit perfectly. My out of pocket costs were extremely reasonable. Overall, the best experience of all the eye places I've been to.

Absolutely hated my experience at this location. The doctor would only answer my questions with one or two words and made me feel like I was bothering him. He also labeled my trial contacts wrong initial (since my left is different than right). Will not be back here.

Alison, the girl who helped me, was so patient and helpful! She explained what my insurance covered. I felt very confident that I made the right choice of glasses. Alison was so positive!!! A++++ for representing VisionWorks!!!

Stopped in for an adjustment of my new glasses. They fine tuned them and now my progressive lenses work even better for me. Have been going to this location for years.
